Genesis 12:1-3 The Lord said to Abram, “Leave your country, your people and your father’s household and go to the land I will show you. I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curse you I will curse; and all people’s on earth will be blessed though you.”
When God called you, what did you leave behind?
What did God promise you if you followed Him?
How has God shown His provision for you?
Proverbs 9:10-11 [AMP Version] The fear of the Lord [complete trust in God], is the beginning of wisdom [the start of ability to master life’s challenges], and knowledge of the Holy One [information and facts, the learning of skills], is understanding [familiarity through personal experience]. For through God [by His impartation and blessing], your days will be many, and years will be added to your life.
Psalm 23
The Lord IS my Shepherd; I shall NOT be in want. He makes me lie down in green pastures, He leads me beside still Waters, He restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake. Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for You ARE with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and mercy will follow me ALL the days of my life, and I WILL dwell in the house of the Lord forever!
