The Admission Plan

On a separate piece of paper write down the responses to the following prompts as if you were confessing your sins to God and asking Him to forgive you. Don’t be in a hurry to finish, but brutally examine each area with all honesty and with the Spirit’s strength

You might want to begin this journey with Psalm 51, Psalm 19:14 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Thy sight, O Lord, my strength and my redeemer.
And finally..

Psalm 139:23 Search me, O God, and know my heart and see if there be any wicked way in me.

Start with the Great Commandment Mark 12:30-31. Do you love God with everything you are and do you love others as you love yourself?

Next, is there coldness or lack of prayer in your life? What about the study of God’s Word?

Third, Jesus said if when we are praying if we have any issue with someone else, to forgive and ask forgiveness.

Fourth, do you have any outstanding lies you have told that you need to straighten out? Honesty brings relief.

Fifth, is there any sexual sin lurking? There is a strong power urging you to give in to fleshly living, don’t!

Sixth, have you slandered anyone? Confess it.

Seventh, are there times when your words have grieved the Holy Spirit living in you, maybe wounding others?

Last, are your closest relationships; husband, wife, children, brothers, sisters, are you at peace with them?
