1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 “Be joyful always, pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”
Praying God’s Will
God’s will is ACCEPTED or REJECTED.
Isaiah 46:9-10 “I Am God, and there is no other; I Am God, and there is none like me! I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. My purpose will stand, and I will do ALL that I please.”
God’s will is MORAL.
1 Peter 2:15-17 “For it is God’s will that by doing good you may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men. Live as free men, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as servants of God. Show proper respect to everyone; Love the brotherhood of believers, fear God, honor the king.”
God’s will is LOVING.
John 3:16-17 [NLT] “God loved the people of this world so much that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who has faith in Him will have eternal life and never really die. God did not send His Son into the world to condemn its people, He sent Him to save them.”
God’s will for everyone is LIFE.
Ezekiel 33:11 “Say to them, as surely as I live, declares the Sovereign Lord, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live. Turn from your evil ways!”
